The 1/4" longline groundline is used as the main line of a bottom longline system, with branch lines, snoods or gangions connected along the line. Its relatively smaller diameter makes it easier to handle and coil, while providing a practical option for longline operations where a lighter groundline is preferred.
The line can be manufactured according to required diameter, material, construction, lay and length. It is available for manual or mechanized longline operations and can be supplied in coils or other packing formats according to customer requirements.
