Then there are several misunderstandings about nylon thread, which everyone needs to understand.
1. There is no so-called anti-static treatment, anti-winding. Any object has moving electrons, the same-sex repels each other, but the opposite sex attracts each other is a constant principle. The electron movement direction of a sub-wire is the same, and it is not attracted to each other. How to do anti-static treatment in this situation, in fact, the reason why the sub-wire is entangled, the unevenness of the lead sheet is thrown away, and other reasons. Then how should we distinguish the quality of nylon thread?
1. A good nylon fishing line must be shiny, the transparent line must not have variegated colors, and the colored mainline must not be whitish. If there is a color that does not match the natural color line, it shows that the line is in the production process. If there is a problem in the middle, the whitish part will cause uneven force on the entire fishing line.
2. Measure the line diameter. The diameter of good fishing lines is very standard. Inferior lines usually increase in number. Rely on increasing the diameter to maintain the tension. Everyone uses the big brand fishing line of the same line number for comparison.
3. A good fishing line is soft to the touch, uniform in thickness, smooth in surface, and recovers quickly after being stressed. If the line recovers slowly or cannot recover at all after being stressed, it is a poor quality line.
4. The last step is to test the nodule tension. Generally, the nodule tension of the fishing line will be about 20%-30% lower than the straight-line tension. If it is reduced by more than 30%, it is considered a low-quality product.
