4.0mm is one of the larger line sizes we supply for commercial pelagic longline gear. It is used in offshore fishing systems where a larger line diameter is preferred.
The line is available in different constructions and materials. Depending on the fishing gear, we can supply Nylon, HDPE, UHMWPE, Polyester or other suitable options.
Line diameter, construction, length and packing are discussed with the customer before production. We also supply line for replacement work on existing longline gear.
