Advantages of polyester fabrics:
First, polyester fabrics have high strength.Short fiber strength is 2.6 ~ 5.7cN/dtex, high strength fiber is 5.6 ~ 8.0cN/dtex, due to low moisture absorption, its wet strength and dry strength is basically the same, impact strength is 4 times higher than nylon, 20 times higher than viscose fiber.

Disadvantages of polyester fabrics:
First, poor dyeing.Because polyester molecular chain has no specific dye groups, and the polarity is small, and dyeing is more difficult, dyeability is poor, dye molecules are not easy to enter the fiber.But good color fastness, not easy to fade.
Second, poor melting resistance.Polyester is one of the most heat-resistant synthetic fabrics with thermoplastic properties. It can be used to make pleated skirts with long-lasting pleats.At the same time, polyester fabric has a poor resistance to melting, soot, Mars and other easy to form holes.Accordingly, when wearing, should avoid the contact such as cigarette end, spark as far as possible.
Third, poor moisture absorption.Polyester fabric hygroscopicity is poor, wearing a sultry feeling, at the same time easy to bring static electricity, dirt, affect the appearance and comfort.However, it is extremely easy to dry after washing, and the wet strength almost does not drop, does not deform, and has good washable and wearable properties.
Fourth, easy pilling.Polyester fabric is now a synthetic fiber products, all synthetic fiber fabrics will have pilling phenomenon!And polyester fabrics as a synthetic fiber of course is no exception, so polyester fabrics in a period of time after the use of pilling.
Polyester components:

It belongs to thermoplastic fiber.The melting point of polyester fiber is relatively high, and the specific heat capacity and heat conductivity are small, so the polyester fiber heat resistance and heat insulation is higher.It's the best synthetic fiber.
